Application Criteria for the Josias Hyacinthe Scholarship Fund
The Professor Josias Hyacinthe Scholarship Fund is a $500 annual scholarship awarded to a deserving student majoring in Communications who demonstrates academic excellence, creativity, and a passion for media, public relations, or strategic communication.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be enrolled or accepted into an accredited college or university in Florida
- Must be majoring in Communications (or a related field such as Public Relations, Journalism, Media Studies, or Marketing)
- Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Open to undergraduate students (freshmen, sophomores)

Strategies proudly offers The Reverend Prosper Hyacinthe Pro Bono PR Initiative—a one-time (6-month program), no-cost public relations service dedicated to supporting a Christian faith-based organizations or churches in its mission to serve and uplift communities. This initiative provides strategic PR, media outreach, and brand development to a selected organization, helping to amplify its message, strengthen its visibility, and expand its impact.
